By assuming the bow pose, I become the Archer who aims the arrows at the highest peaks to transcend the physical limitations.

The son of the Wind and a human mother, Hanuman encompasses both spiritual and material worlds, and is the helper in life by having accomplished mastery of his senses.

My coach who was a martial arts champion in China said that in six months, I accomplished what athletes do in China in 6 years. I won 1st places (weapons and barehands) at the US Nationals. I was so happy!

Swimming, I love it. I am lucky to live near so many beaches. Water... even when I take a shower at home, I try to connect that water from the rain from the skies to the oceans to which it flows.
